Here are the renewal steps for your child to join Saint Louis Sudbury School for the 2025-2026 School Year. Please note that we have made some changes to the enrollment and tuition contract and policies.
Step 1: Chat & Notification
* Meet with Sudbury staff if you have any questions or concerns. (Optional)
* Understand that Saint Louis Sudbury School welcomes continuing and new students who meet the following criteria:
— The school and the family believe that the student can thrive in Saint Louis Sudbury School’s program
— The student chooses to be a responsible member of the school community
* Notify Sudbury staff if your child is not returning to Sudbury in the upcoming school year by April 25, 2025.
Step 2: Read Contract and Policies
* Read the updated Enrollment & Tuition Contract
* Read the updated Enrollment & Tuition Policies
* The personalized contract and policies documents will be emailed to after your tuition amount is confirmed (including Tuition Assistance)
Step 3: Review Tuition Rates
* Review the Tuition Rates for Core Families in the 2025-2026 School Year (those who have been with us since the 2023-2024 School Year or earlier) OR
* Review the Tuition Rates for the 2025-2026 School Year (those who enrolled during the 2024-2025 School Year or later)
* If needed, the Tuition Assistance sliding scale information is included in both of these documents.
(Note: the special Core Families Tuition Rate was created to thank the families who believed in our school when it was all volunteer run and re-finding its way in 2023. The other Tuition Rate file represents amounts that are designed to move the school closer to financial sustainability.)
Step 4: Renew Tuition Assistance (optional)
If you are currently receiving tuition assistance and would like to renew your assistance for the upcoming school year, please email your most recent tax returns, W-2s, and/or 1099s, along with any additional information you would like to share to info@stlsudbury.org by April 15, 2025. This information along with the sliding scale chart will inform your final tuition amount. You will be notified shortly after submitting your financial documents.
Step 5: Complete Forms
Complete forms listed below by May 15, 2025.
Complete and sign the Enrollment & Tuition Contract (hard copy and emailed file will be provided)
Complete and sign the Enrollment & Tuition Policies (hard copy and emailed file will be provided)
Complete and sign the Tuition Agreement Form (hard copy and emailed file will be provided)

Step 6: Pay Supply Fee
Pay the $300 non-refundable Supply Fee by July 1, 2025. An invoice will be created for you via Square and emailed. Payment can be made via Square (ACH) or by check. Make checks payable to Saint Louis Sudbury School. Mail: Saint Louis Sudbury School, 3636 Texas Ave, St. Louis, MO 63118.
