join us at the st. louis world’s fare heritage festival & games
A life skill that we like to practice at Saint Louis Sudbury School is to be open to new possibilities. When a Saint Louis Sudbury School parent recently offered us an exciting opportunity to be a part of the St. Louis World’s Fare Heritage Festival & Games on September 3—we jumped at it!
So, our Birthday Celebration & Fundraiser, previously scheduled for Sept 3 near DeMun Park will be rescheduled for a soon to be announced time in October. BUT instead of our DeMun event, you can find our booth at the St. Louis World’s Fare on Saturday, September 3, 11 am to 7 pm, near the Upper Muny Lot in Forest Park!
We will have art activities, tarot card readings, snacks, lemonade, homemade bracelets, homegrown arugula, a prize drawing, live music, and more! Donations are appreciated for all items and activities. Plus, pick up a copy of our school’s latest publication, the Sudbury Sporadic, as well as Sudbury magnets, stickers, and pins. School staff, students, board members, volunteers, and parents will be available to chat with you about how a school with no homework, no grades, and no tests thrives, and how Sudbury commitment to mutual trust and freedom can open unexpected possibilities and growth for young people and their families.
See you on Saturday, September 3 at the World’s Fare Heritage Festival & Games in Forest Park!
